North American Clients

For Support issues that require immediate assistance during hours not between 9:00am to 5:00pm EST or on the days specified below please call 781-557-3000 and press 1 for support then go through the prompts to page the on-call person. It is also recommended to open a Picis Help Desk ticket that can be referenced when leaving a message. You will receive a call back from the after-hours once the notification is received.

We will be closed for the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day: 05/27/24
  • Independence Day: 07/04/24
  • Labor Day: 09/02/24
  • Thanksgiving Day: 11/28/24
