Over Adam’s 16 years in healthcare software, his achievements have included creating a uniform global services delivery model across the organization and leading a broad range of client-facing teams within the organization — ranging from technical support and account management to implementations; and implementing internal and external client satisfaction metrics to continually monitor and assess all client-facing services, quantifying satisfaction on all operational levels.
