For Support issues that require immediate assistance on the days specified above please call 781-557-3000 and press 1 for support then go through the prompts to page the on-call person. You will receive a call back once they receive the notification.

For any non-urgent issues please use the Picis Help Desk to log a ticket and your representative will contact you once operations resume following the company training/holiday.
