Our users are very satisfied with Anesthesia Manager. In the beginning, Picis brought on a dedicated person to help us before we went live, and that person was very helpful. This software is very easy to use, and it is very customizable.

One thing that I really like is that the product requires a minimal amount of typing. I have the ability to prebuild many macros, quality measures, and pieces of documentation that follow with certain types of anesthesia. I think the biggest advantage is that the system's logic value plus the documentation really creates a picture of what really happened during the time between when the anesthesia started and when the patient left the OR.

Anesthesia Manager is solid. Physicians step up to a workstation, and the system appears for them, and it is consistent in uptime and presentation. When clinicians step up to the workstation, they don't have to think about what template they are in. We can configure the system to the degree that when they step up to it, they see what they are suppose to see.

The feedback I hear from the facilities that have implemented Anesthesia Manager has been positive. Because of this, we will be rolling out the system to other facilities soon. There are always things our users like to complain about, but for the most part, there has been resounding satisfaction with the system.

Our staff loves being able to use the system for their documentation because before they were doing everything on paper. Being able to capture the vital sign information in the record without having to write it down on paper is one of the best things about Anesthesia Manager. It makes our staff members more accurate and gives them more time to spend with their patients.

I like the ease of use of OR Manager. The screens are very user defined, so we can make them as simple or as complex as we need them based on the type of procedure that is being done. I like the stability of the system in addition to the system's network stability. OR Manager is very reliable. I would go so far as to say that it never goes down.

We can customize OR Manager. As needs arise, we can customize the data that we collect and have the data be reportable. There is just so much functionality with the product, and we use it a lot.

The system's booking and scheduling screens are very easy to maneuver, and we don’t have any issues with them. We can pull reports out. I can bill crystal reports for anything that we could want out of OR Manager. If somebody knocks on my door and asks a question, I can pull all the relevant fields and have a report ready within 30 minutes. I love the OR Manager reporting feature.

Picis has a great website that helps them deliver high-quality support. I use that website exclusively. I just put in a ticket, and someone helps me immediately.

Our relationship with Picis is very strong. They are a good vendor at the technical, project management, and support levels. Their implementation services were excellent. They used a full-team, multi-team approach. They were on-site quite often, and we had regular meetings.

Recently, the support representatives have been really great when we have needed them. They have done a good job at resolving problems at the first level, and we haven't really had to escalate anything.

Support is excellent. The representatives are very responsive. We call them, and they answer their phones. They have somebody on call. I have never had an issue with support not responding. I never get a call more than 24 hours after submitting my ticket. The return calls have always been within a 24-hour period.

I like the support from Picis. The support people are just awesome. Their model of getting tickets in and all that works extremely well. I just really don’t have enough good things to say about Picis. They just really do an outstanding job for us.
