Sending a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Information (RFI)

Hard copies of RFP's may be  sent via e-mail or regular mail.

To send an RFP or RFI by e-mail:

Send an e-mail to: rfps@picis .com  and include the following information in your request:

1. Organization name
2. Mailing address (including city, state, and zip)
3. Name of contact person (to call if we have questions)
4. Telephone number of the contact person
5. RFP documentation

To send an RFP or RFI by regular mail:

Send the request to the corporate address.

IMPORTANT : Indicate the RFP on the outside of the envelope.
