Picis Named Finalist for 2003 Microsoft Healthcare Users Group Annual Awards

Judges for the Microsoft Healthcare Users Group (MS-HUG) and Microsoft Corp. selected Picis as a finalist for the MS-HUG annual awards in the Acute Care -Clinical/Patient Financial Information Systems category. MS-HUG holds the annual Industry Solutions Awards for Healthcare (ISAH) event to recognize independent software vendors (ISVs) that utilize Microsoft technology to provide significant business benefits to healthcare organizations. Picis demonstrated these benefits through the use of its operating room management system at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.
