Todd C. Cozzens, CEO and vice chairman of Wakefield-based Picis, Inc. was named winner of the 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award. ED PulseCheck Client Receives Prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award
Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton (RWJ Hamilton), in Hamilton, NJ, has been singled out as the only hospital in the country to receive the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for 2004. The hospital was cited, among other areas, for achieving a 90 percent patient satisfaction rating in the emergency department (ED) during 2004. In addition, the hospital was one of the first in the nation to implement a "15/30" program, which promises that all patients in the ED would see a nurse within 15 minutes and a physician within 30 minutes.

2001 Healthcare Informatics "Healthcare Innovations in Technology Systems" (HITS) Partnership Awards
In recognition of the CareSuite anesthesia information system, Picis and Saint Luke’s Health System were selected as runner-up award winners for the HITS partnership award.
