From Logan Airport:

When you leave the airport, look for signs to the Sumner Tunnel, or 93 North. This is the main route to downtown Boston from the airport.
Once through the tunnel, continue to follow signs for 93 North.
Follow 93 N for about 9.7 miles and take the exit for route 95 north (also called route 128), exit #37A towards Peabody.
Continue on 95/128 north for a couple miles and take exit 39, towards Wakefield/Melrose. Merge right at exit ramp onto North Ave.
Take the first left at the light onto Quannapowitt Parkway. Picis is located in the first building on the left, number 100.

From the North (Rt. 95 from Portsmouth, NH):

Take Rt. 95 South to exit 39 (North Ave, towards Wakefield/Melrose). At exit ramp take left at light onto North Ave. Take left at the second set of lights onto Quannapowitt Parkway to building 100.

From the North (Rt. 93 from Manchester, NH):

Take Rt. 93 South to exit 37A (Rt. 95 North). Take Rt. 95 North three exits and get off at exit 39 (North Ave, towards Wakefield/Melrose). Merge right at exit ramp onto North Ave. Take the first left at the light onto Quannapowitt Parkway to building 100.

From the East:

(Rt. 93 from Boston) Take Rt. 93 North to exit 37A (Rt. 95 North). Take Rt. 95 North three exits and get off at exit 39 (North Ave, towards Wakefield/Melrose). Merge right at exit ramp onto North Ave. Take the first left at the light onto Quannapowitt Parkway to building 100.

From the West:

(Rt. 90, Mass Pike, or Rt. 2 from Worcester) Take Rt. 90 or Rt. 2 West to Rt. 95 North. Take Rt. 95 North to exit 39 (North Ave, towards Wakefield/Melrose). Merge right at exit ramp onto North Ave. Take the first left at the light onto Quannapowitt Parkway to building 100.
