Scott brings a wealth of leadership experience to the Picis team. He’s had the opportunity to lead technology operations for multiple companies and start-ups. Prior to migrating to the technology space, Scott had the opportunity to lead international and domestic reconstruction efforts as a Captain in the US Air Force.
Built with Registered Nurses and former perioperative services staff members, the Picis professional services team brings a wealth of knowledge to our customers’ facilities. With over 85 years of combined nursing experience and over 60 years of combined Picis applications experience, our team is comfortable working side-by-side with nurses and doctors. As former Picis end-users, the trainers and support team understand the system from the customer perspective—they’ve been a customer, just like you. The professional services team is dynamic, making you their top priority—when you talk to one of them, you talk to all of them.
The Board has a new strategic theme yearly. This year the theme is PICIS 10.0. The Board meets bi-monthly and has quarterly customer wide meetings to report on progress of the CAB. The CAB meets in person yearly at the Customer User Conference. The purpose of the Board is to gather input from customers to increase Picis growth.
